Bug Description
Since it can take several minutes or more to upload large videos to YouTube, many users are mistaking the slow response time from Youtube for a problem with the upload and refreshing the page to try and fix it, resulting in the same video being uploaded twice.
To prevent this, a check should be made to ensure that the video id the user is attempting to upload does not already appear in the database, and a warning message should be returned if does already.
