LO writer doesn't detect the default email application

Bug Description
In libreoffice you can send documents directly from the writer itself. Under "tools->options-> internet->E.mail, the default mail program is not thunderbird, but a mail programm called "sensible-ooomua". The value should be whatever the current default email client is (TB by default in Precise).

I haven't been able to reproduce this in a fully updated Ubuntu 12.04, can anyone?
