IMHO it should also not be possible to select "false" in the drop down - this creates an error (RED FIELD)

The screenshot you attached is about a debugging feature that is inactivated in production mode. Especially at this point of the development, debugging features are only the problem of the development team and do not justify a bug report. So I have to close this bug report.
