install_venv.py Fails while patching subprocess.py

while running install_venv.py on Fedora 16, the step that attempts to patch
eventlet/green/subprocess.py
fails because python2.6 is hard coded into the path to
.nova-venv/lib/python2.6/site-packages/eventlet/green/subprocess.py
