Bug Description
Sometimes, when closing rekonq, process keep running in background. When you launch rekonq again, it tell it crash last time (and it's wrong).
Here commit fixing the issue, maybe you should add this to oneiric package.

Hi. I am using Kubuntu 14.04 and I still see this bug. When I close rekonq after using at least one tab with some webpage, the rekonq process remains in background, along with one or more kio_http processes. Next time I want to launch rekonq it doesn't appear, and I must manually kill all the previous processes.
