Add LRoA id field to names

Since each person can have more than one registered name (up to 6, as
I'm sure you remember William), I would presume that one LROA record
relates to one Canon Lore name record and that is all we can
guarantee. Since name storage in Canon Lore is being redesigned, I
would suggest (from a programming perspective) that an additional
field in Canon Lore's Name record (eg, a field called LROA_ID) could
be used to generate a link for display purposes in Canon Lore.

I also think that more closely represents usage as well ... look up in
Canon Lore, click for image. I actually think Teffania had once
suggested to me something like embedding the LROA page within the
person's canon lore page, but I think that's excessive (at least at
this stage).

Either way, this is not the first priority. On the other hand, if we
can keep it in mind while we design, it might make things easier
later. I will be guided by my Mortar Herald in this.
