This used to work until just recently (I've been keeping my Ubuntu 11.10 up-to-date with the latest software updates). Now when I call the scale plugin (Super+W) I don't see the preview for minimized windows anymore. The minimized windows show up on the scaled windows but their content is blank on the preview (see attached).

Some more information on this issue. Scale plugin does display previews for minimized windows that were previously not maximized. In other words, if I have a non-maximized window, then I minimize it, then I invoke scale (Super+W) I will see the preview for that window correctly. On the other hand, I have a maximized window that then is minimized, I won't see contents of this window on the preview rendered after invoking scale (content is blank). Hope this helps figure out what is wrong.
