Regression: Page content is shifted/moved up when printing on a HP LaserJet 1320n

Bug Description
When I print the attached file to my HP LaserJet 1320n, the content is shifted up so that the content is moved to the very top of the page. In other words, the margin is missing.
The further down the actual content of the page is (see page 2 in the attached PDF), the more the content is moved up.
This happens when I print the source document from LibreOffice Writer, when printing the PDF from Okular or when printing the PDF from the command line using lpr.
The printer is connected via ethernet, using hpcups 3.11.1 as the printer driver.
This is a regression - in 11.04, the printout was fine, and since the upgrade to 11.10 Oneiric, the problem has been there.
