Bug Description

Open windows on several workspaces, then switch to one of the workspaces :
Now, using super-s, switch to another workspace. You have to double-click the new workspace using the mouse, this is very important

When the new workspace is up, move your mouse to the edge of the screen, use the top, left or right of the screen.
On my machine, an orange box comes up, the same orange box as if you're trying to use the window tiling feature when you drag a window to the side of the display. You cannot interact with this orange window that is sitting over everything else. Sometimes it goes away on its own, sometimes I have to use super-s and move the mouse around a bit to get rid of it.

The issue seems to be that unity is getting confused about what I'm actually trying to do. If you use the keyboard to move through the workspaces, it doesn't happen, it seems to be the double-clicking on the workspace that causes the problem.
