Include in ubuntu-netbook to be usb-modeswitch

Im proposing to make in ubuntu-netbook to be also usb-modeswitch from clean installation
I have ubuntu netbook remix 10.04.03 and i got dongle working by wasting time and searching many answers.
Since bug is already found that it needs usb-modeswitch module then it should be implemented to be working from start
Usual user needs all drivers to be installed from start and not look in google for all related possible solutions with have better solution- just usb-modewitch
Usual user wont look in google to find how to get Mobile dongle working and will not find Bug 546728
In that bug we see installing usb-modeswitch helped and that it isnt working couse drivers isnt installed already affects 21 people from thouse who found that page. More havent found it.

Kangarooo Jānis, it would appear this issue is resolved in supported releases. As well, Lucid Desktop is EoL. If this is reproducible in a supported release, please feel free to reopen, and execute at a terminal:
apport-collect 889091
