Update manager asked me to run "apt-get install -f". I did -- and afterwards I chose "Install" in update manager.

Looks like the main package is installed correctly. Are you still getting any errors from update-manager?

What do you mean if I'm still getting any errors from update manager? I reported a crash. Are you asking if it's crashed again since the time I reported the bug?

Yeah. Is the crash reproducible at the current time? I ask because it seems that the package that it was complaining about is now correctly installed.

Well just starting the update-manager should reproduce this event, if its still a problem. I assume it will be fine though.
