Please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess . Please also note that Debian Unstable's version is the one we currently have, so someone would have to package 0.2.2 for us to be able to provide it.

Also note that we are now in UpstreamVersionFreeze, so you'll need to follow the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptions.

This new version would solve a crasher: bug #69825.

A bug has been opened on debian bugtracker to package the new version.

The MOTU UVF Team only approves the sync.

The sync itself has to be done by the ubuntu-archive team, which is subscribed. Though, I don't know if we already reached a point in which syncs are not possible anymore.

Just wait ;)

Will be done automatically now that we are close-ish to doing auto-syncs.

Hi All,
Still istanbul crashes during save in Full Mode. Latest updated feisty on my system. So reopening the bug. Or am I missing something?

Terminal Output:
DEBUG: final pipeline: istximagesrc name=videosource use-damage=false show-pointer=false ! video/x-raw-rgb,framerate=10/1 ! videorate ! ffmpegcolorspace ! videoscale method=1 ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=1024,height=768,framerate=10/1 ! theoraenc ! oggmux name=mux ! filesink location=/tmp/tmpzddPDv
SaveWindow with file: /tmp/tmpzddPDv
The program 'istanbul' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadAlloc (insufficient resources for operation)'.
  (Details: serial 45 error_code 11 request_code 141 minor_code 19)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

This bug is not about the crash but a request to synchronise versions between ubuntu and debian. Your bug is #69825.
