Bug Description

When I open a file with Scratch (whether it's from within Marlin or from the command line with "scratch FILENAME"), Scratch gets these weird resize bars on every side, like there's a hidden toolbar there or something. Resizing it only reveals an empty pane. This does not happen when opening a file from within Scratch itself. I get the following errors:

[FATAL 21:35:05.530374] [Gtk] gtk_accel_label_set_accel_closure: assertion `gtk_accel_group_from_accel_closure (accel_closure) != NULL' failed
[FATAL 21:35:05.530528] Scratch will not function properly.

Attached is a screenshot.

Here's what it looks like when opening the same file from within Scratch's "Open" dialog.
