no switch only in current workspace

Bug Description
Using ALT+TAB in Unity (11.04) switches between all open windows.
I would rather see it just switching only between the open windows of the current active workspace.
Then, there should be another keystroke like SHIFT+ALT+TAB to shift all windows.
The the current behaviour is mainteined, what is the idea of having several worksapces?
