Update Manager and Evolution updates not installing

Bug Description

A couple of evolution related updates are listed in the update manager, but cannot for some reason be installed - all other updates come up and get installed but these two just won't. The upshot is that Evolution is not working at all.

This may be better placed in 'evolution'.

Looks like evolution is not installed at all.
