Allow basic HTML formatting in the description, like:
- lists (ol, ul, li)
- links (a)
- paragraph formatting (p, br, hr)

Links and Line breaks are available in every description boxes. Since the size (both in pixel and text size) are limited, other HTML does not seem to be reasonable. Please use a 3rd party site like evernote, and link the specific note to the project/task/todo description.
