Bug Description
Currently, movies created on Helioviewer.org are made to have a constant duration of 20 seconds, and the frame-rate is adjusted to meet this requirement. The result is that for some movies (e.g. LASCO C3) the movie is very choppy.
Instead of this, try using a constant and reasonable frame-rate (e.g. 15 frames/sec) when possible, and only when the movie would be extremely short (e.g. < 5s) reduce the frame-rate.
