Bug Description

cpu-checker is currently Architecture: all. In a sense this is technically correct since it contains no compiled code. However, its code is x86-specific in other ways and depends on the msr-tools package which is only available on amd64 and i386. This means that, among other things, it shows up on lists of uninstallable packages for armel. We should not have to ignore packages on such lists; instead, architecture-dependent packages should correctly declare themselves as such.

Please change "Architecture: all" to "Architecture: amd64 i386", which would better represent the true state of affairs and would take an item off our list of problems.

---------------
cpu-checker (0.7-0ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

  [ Colin Watson ]
  * debian/control: mark as "Architecture: amd64 i386", since this package
    is uninstallable on all other architectures (LP: #888087).

  [ Kees Cook ]
  * debian/control: fix VCS fields (LP: #888082).
