In an email, who wrote the text should appear at the top.

I received an email because mpt filed bug 886.

The email looks like this:

  Line telling me what URL I can edit the bug at.

  Title: (text)

  Comment: (lots of text)

  (Lots more text

The problem is, while I'm reading the large amount of text, I'm interested in who is saying that. I have a voice reading out the text in my mind, and I want to know whose voice to use.

So, I want the 'Submitted By:' to go at the top.

For a similar reason, but of less importance to me, Product: and Source Package: should be at the top too.
