Bug Description
when cpfind runs on a project that has images with identical names (but from different directories), the control points get assigned to the wrong images.
I have not personally reproduced this: reported by a friend.

Cpfind is not using the filename alone for image identification.
I assume, you refer to the running cpfind in Hugin. There the image is identified by the filename. I modified to read back routine to correctly handle such cases. Hopefully this does not break anything else.
