Bug Description

New Comments(ICS):
Support for tethering over USB missing on ICS releases for iMX53.

Old Commments(For GIngerbread):
As of now none of the Linaro-Android builds support the tethering feature.(11.10 release )
Tethering feature enables sharing of device's internet connection over BT/WiFi/USB.
(Bluetooth, WiFi and USB tethering are supported at Android level in Gingerbread.)

As iMX53 Quickstart does not have BT and Wifi inbuilt so modifying this bug.
USB tethering on ICS releases should be supported.
