Bug Description
I have to manually start the Ubuntu One application (dashboard) for file sync to start ("File Sync starting...").
I would expect that the sync software would start after login and that the taskbar icon would appear... so sync starts running automatically.
I created a new folder called pics-temp-2 in Ubuntu and it was not created in Windows. The webui showed the new folder.
I copied files from ~/Ubuntu One/Pictures/misc/ to ~/Ubuntu One/Pictures/

Hello Matt!
Thanks for the report. Can you please confirm how can you tell that syncdaemon has not started when you login?
Also, can you please compress and attach all the logs from syncdaemon?
