Bug Description
In the user settings, add an option "always show latest images" which, when enabled, would cause the image layers to update every 1-5 mins or so. On or off by default?

The default option should be 'off'. The refresh time should be no shorter than 5 minutes. Should be in the Helioviewer settings menu.
