This could be caused by bad reception or invalid tuning data. You have to provide debugging output of the daemon as well. See http://live.gnome.org/DVBDaemon/Debugging

Could you please create a new log file where you run gnome-dvb-daemon with --disable-epg-scanner to reduce the noise in the log file.
