changes not permanent after reboot

if i select an application and right-click "add to the side panel"
then, after reboot, cardapio returns at default configuration

i have follow procedure again and i have reboot pc again (twice)

now, just now, the file config.json it was changed with the new setup

before it stayed always the same

There is an explanation?
