after using workspace switcher aero-snap appears

Description: Ubuntu 11.10

What Happened:
1) Open application in a separate workspace
2) Move to another workspace
3) Press Super+W to reveal workspaces
4) Double click on the application window inside the workspace
5) move the mouse to either left, top, right of the screen and aero-snap appears. However it doesn't actually do anything and you are left with a orange box over the desktop

What should have happened:
- the aero-snap should not have initiated unless the window was dragged to the edge of the screen

Hope this bug can be fixed soon.
