Bug Description

I have Acer Extensa 5630 laptop with ATI 3650 video card. I installed Ubuntu 11.10, when i open a terminal window and run top i have 30-50% X and compiz CPU usage when i move the window or just the mouse. X doesn't use GPU at all. I tried the open source fglrx driver the AMD driver and the readon driver nothing works the only thing with some resolution was using Option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy" in xorg.conf after that compiz generated normal levels but X still uses 30-50% CPU whenever i interact with the Desktop. Funny thing is when i turn off effects or change to 2D i get 50-70% CPU load.
