Crash if minimize / maximize booklet preview

Bug Description
I just get a segfault.
Steps:
- Select a long list.
- Click on booklet preview.
- Click button to show preview as landscape.
- While Tagaini is creating the preview (little window with progress bar), maximize the booklet preview window.
I've also noticed that when opening the preview, changing to landscape, ... there's an error in the console output like this one:

Ugh, nice one, thanks for reporting. There is a lot of Qt involved in the backtrace, so it may be a Qt bug as well. Need to confirm that.
