Bug Description
When editing the address of an organization, and there is a problem, the update is just silently ignored. For example, if editing an address that doesn't contain a country, all changes are silently ignored until a country is added.

Looks like this is happy now. Only remaining issue is if country is removed, changes are silently ignored.
