window snap overlay displays when not snapping window and switching desktops

Bug Description
Compiz will draw a overlay as if snapping windows when switching to a desktop with a maximized window.
To reproduce:
1. Maximize a window on desktop #2.
2. Switch to desktop #1.
3. Press super+S to view desktop expo.
4. Double-click on desktop #2 to switch to that desktop (you'll be clicking on the maximized window).
5. Move mouse to the left or right of the screen. Compiz will draw the snap overlay although the current window is not being snapped.
