Bug Description

Sometimes after some time of using Ubuntu Oneiric, Unity loses focus completely displaying behind all opened applications as if they were marked "always on top", even above the unity panel, dash, application switcher etc.

It happens sometimes when I launch a full screen application in wine or run a flash video in full screen, I can't really precise how exactly does it happen.

I'm surprised this hasn't been assigned any importance, its very annoying. I'm attaching a few more screenshots, you can see the Dash and Alt-tab switcher are behind a window. I've observed that in my case it has something to do with using GIMP.
