Bug Description
The [Sampler] group is missing from the midi add dialogue, as well as from the "Midi Learn" wizard.
Now we support 4 sample slots in 1.10 it would be nice to have an easy way to map them to a device.

I think adding to MIDI learn is harder because the sampler use case is not really well developed. Would they want to map the play toggle button for the sampler? A hotcue? The start_play button?
