Default mysqldump is used, not the one from --basedir

Bug Description

Mysqldump is run without using --basedir, so in systems where the default mysqldump is broken or missing for some reason, extra errors are printed during test case simplfication and such.

No, it wont. The DBserver context is not propagated yet. Saikumar has planned to wrapp the mtr --start-and-exit call in a SBServer opject, and after that we are able to propagate such context down in the call tree without too much spaghetti code.
