nm-connection-editor fails when adding wireless with WPA/WPA2 Enterprise and TLS security

Bug Description
When adding TLS-secured Wifi connection, the following message is displayed: "Connection add failed / Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)"
Apparently a DBUS-related problem.
This was also verified on a fresh oneric booted from an USB stick.
