Binary package hint: wallpaper-tray

The README file in the wallpaper-tray applet package contains a link to http://earthworm.no-ip.com/wp_tray/
This link is dead. This should be replaced with http://planetearthworm.com/projects/wp_tray/

README is an upstream file. What needs to be updated is the long description of the package.

In fact the link in the long description is updated since 0.4.6-5. README won't be updated because it's an upstream file.
