Bug Description
I don't know when this is started to happens, but I become aware about this today, when using chromium-browser and pages suddenly became slow to load and video on youtube stutters to death.

A screenshot of top showing memory and CPU consumption. In here, i-dt consumes only ~15%, but after few hours can reach ~60%.
