Bug Description

Nothing Critical.

A fresh Firefox start allows you to move Bookmarks around easily (in the Bookmark Toolbar) but as soon as you try to click on a folder and drag it.. that feature seems to get disabled... and despite the fact that I leave that folder as it is (where it originally was), moving around even simple bookmarks (that was working earlier) stops working.. Clicking on the bookmark opens the page, but drag-drop (moving it around) feature stops working.
