Multi-company goods receipt security issue

v6.0.3 - created brand new instance with multiple companies. Logged on as a user with access to one subsidiary company. Raised a PO then when to goods receipt - security violation issue as it is looking for the parent company STJ rather than the one created for the subsidiary.

Not sure if this is a bug or I have missed a set up element somewhere. I created a STJ record for the subsidiary. I have attached my database - log on as user auckland/auckland. Note that in the company record the reservce account in wrong - I have fixed this but does not change anything.

I have checked your issue at my end but I am not able to get your point exactly.

The attachment is a database not a video - restore and log on as noted above & you can see the issue..thanks

I have got this same error when doing a stock adjustment - I think this might be related to bug 888378 - ie products limited to a company not being handled by the application.

After further testing, this is not related to bug 888378. However, the same problem as for goods receipting is being displayed when trying to adjust the stock quantity using the update stocks action in the product - gets through to the location then access error as above.

I have found out the problem - each company requires a property_stock_journal pointing to the correct accounting journal.
