Running along minding my own business in firefox, the following errors occur:

This bug is still present in Ubuntu Precise

This prevented pulseaudio from detecting my alsa sound card on a Lenovo T410 in Precise. `aa-complain usr.bin.firefox` and audio now works properly (using mplayer -ao pulse).

Does this issue still occur with Firefox 60 or later? I am unable to reproduce it on 18.04/bionic.
