Sorry Lage, I should take this on shortly. Most probably it will not make into the forthcoming update, hopefully the next one. I'll update this bug report at that time.

This bug is similar to 844918, which I've just tested with over 200 pictures, however, upon initial upload (when you install U1, it will ask you to upload all the pictures, future ones only, or none) my EVO 4G crashes. I've tried a few times. If you select to manually upload 100's of files, it works fine, but after every crash, if you have "retry failed uploads" checked, it will keep crashing while calculating how many files to transfer over. NOTE: the crash occurs not while uploading, but while calculating how many pictures to upload.

An update:
- Tried uploading sets of 100 pictures manually and then restarting failed uploads. At 237 pictures left, my phone was still rebooting, but at 137 it finally succeeded, so the breaking point is somewhere in that range...

Hi, thank you for reporting those test results. The breaking point is different for every phone. The problem is the in-memory queue, that grows as the pictures are queued. We're fixing this with persisted queues in SQLite, the problem should go away in 1-2 following updates at most. Once it's released, I'll make sure to mark this bug as fix released. Thanks!
