Bug Description

Ubuntu Version 11.10, AMD64, all of the options in paprefs (except "add virtual output device for simultaneous output") are grey and can not be selected. This was working on 9.04 and 10.04 (the only other versions I have tested).

Also, the installer (apt-get install paprefs) no longer places an icon in any of the menus.

After I rebooted, the icon showed up in the menu. Not sure if that is a bug or a feature. Seems like it should be there after the install is complete. But I still can not select any of the options to share my sound card.

Looks like a typo somewhere...

Workaround:

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/pulse-1.0 /usr/lib/pulse-1.0.0

Fixed it for me....
