Bug Description
Tracking the upstream bug in Percona Server 5.5, so we fix it at least there:

client authenticaton plugins name *must* match the name of the .so file otherwise it
won't load.
but in mysql dialog.so is renamed into auth.so, which made dialog plugin unaccessible.
Suggested fix:
rename it back
