Running dhclient after install generates (non-critical) error

Bug #88447 reported by anonymous-123

Bug Description

If dhclient is run immediately after a clean, new Ubuntu install, it shows the following error twice:
"chown: failed to get attributes of '/etc/resolv.conf'"
It does successfully run, and does properly regenerate this file.

See: http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/~pmitros/ubuntu-first-run.txt

Bug is in dhclient, but the bug tracking system does not let me select that as a package (it has it in the listing under "choose..." and properly fills it into the web form, but when I submit, it says '"dhclient" does not exist in Ubuntu. Please choose a different package. If you're unsure, please select "I don't know"')
