Bug Description
When testing out commands that one is writing for testr, if that command raises an error, you can only get the error message. There's no option to get the full traceback (e.g. --debug).

If you set TESTR_PDB=1 you'll ge the traceback *and* a debugger. I think this is sufficient for now.
