Software-center should stop a software before deleting it

Bug Description

1. Install "indicator-weather" using software-center
2. Launch "indicator-weather"
3. Delete "indicator-weather" using software-center

You'll see that indicator-weather is still running even if it is not installed anymore.

Hi Thibault, thanks for your bug report. Actually, Software Center does not have the functionality to stop a program at the time of deleting it. That would be the responsibility of the package itself. If you are still experiencing this problem, let us know and we can triage this appropriately.
