Bug Description

Ubuntu Tweak is dependent on Compiz, which is pointless in the GNOME Shell. It would make more sense to remove this dependency and disable the options relating to Compiz in the application.

Since Ubuntu Tweak is designed for the Ubuntu desktop, so the default desktop - Unity must be supported. Unity is based on Compiz, so Ubuntu Tweak is dependent on Compiz.

I will try to make the dependency as optional, it will need some work.

I no longer need compiz, so I've removed it; unfortunately, it also removed ubuntu-tweak (which I still like and need).

It'll be good for ubuntu-tweak to not fully depend on compiz, but "recommend" it for install;
when launched, ubuntu-tweak should check if Compiz is installed -- if not, it should simply hide the compiz options tab.

For the future, I will try to release a "Ubuntu Tweak for GNOME" or other ways.
