Bug Description

While fixing Bug #797439 I found that the cause was a samplerate mismatch between what taglib thought and what libmad thought the samplerate of a file was. In 1.10 this can cause the beatgrid to render the lines in the wrong places (it will look as if the beat lines are zoomed in or zoomed out).

Potential fixes:
1) Don't use taglib to read samplerate information.
2) File bugs upstream with taglib whenever we find a case where libmad or taglib disagree.
