libsieve does not respect addresses specified in vacation script

Bug Description

Expected to happen:
- receive a mail into dbmail via mailing list which is not directly addressed to an address from the sieve script -> no vacation responder

What happended instead:
- dbmail even sends vacation responder even when the mail address of the user is not in the To: or Cc, but the To: address is a mailing list

Workaround is to upgrade libsieve to 2.2.9 or better, Ubuntu uses 2.2.6.
We don't use libsieve anymore, feel free to close this bug.
