Bug Description
Another one Unity misdesign: after setting the window to "Always on top", it is no longer possible to unselect "Always on top", if the window is maximized. As a result, user is no longer able to view any other windows.
To reproduce:
1) open any application, i.e. Firefox
2) open a window which is not maximized (i.e. Nautilus to browse the files)
3) right click on Nautilus window's top bar, and choose "Always on top"
4) maximize the window
5) try to go to Firefox either by alt+tab, or choosing it in Unity panel - it is not possible
6) right clicking on Nautilus top bar does not show you "Always on top" option which you could unselect
6) right clicking on Nautilus icon in Unity panel does not show you "Always on top" option
