In Properties dialog, only modified field follows date format

Bug Description
I have my date format set to "Informal", but in the properties dialog, it seems only the "Modified" field respects this. Other fields still have technical dates like "1969-12-31 16:00:00"

dates should follow the Settings now at the exception of the trashed date in Properties Dialog which got a special string format and i am too lazy to parse it.
